Terms of Use
Last updated: August 13, 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the RestoreMatch website (“RestoreMatch,” “we,” “us”) (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
1. What RestoreMatch is
RestoreMatch is a free consumer connection service. RestoreMatch is not a contractor and does not perform or supervise restoration work. Where a connection option is available, RestoreMatch may help connect you with an independent water-damage restoration or mold-remediation service provider through participating marketing and call-routing partners.
The relationship for any restoration work — including scope, pricing, scheduling, performance, warranty, and dispute resolution — is between you and the independent provider you choose. RestoreMatch is not a party to that relationship.
2. Eligibility
The Website is intended for homeowners in the United States seeking to check whether their area is within a currently supported service area. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. No guarantees
RestoreMatch does not warrant or guarantee any work performed by any independent provider reached through the Website. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed.
RestoreMatch does not guarantee that a connection option will be available in any specific ZIP code, that any specific response time will be met, that any particular outcome will be achieved, or that any specific pricing will apply. Service availability varies by location, provider participation, time, and demand.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the rights of any third party.
- Interfere with the operation of the Website or its security.
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the Website without authorization.
5. Provider relationships
Independent service providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of RestoreMatch. RestoreMatch may receive compensation from participating marketing and call-routing partners when a user is connected with an independent provider, but the work itself, its quality, and its outcome are solely the responsibility of the provider. Any agreement for work is between you and the provider.
6. Intellectual property
The Website, including its design, copy, and code, is owned by RestoreMatch or its licensors. You may view and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Third-party links and services
The Website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as analytics, advertising, and call-routing providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestoreMatch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RestoreMatch harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to the address listed on the Contact page.
