What RestoreMatch does

RestoreMatch is a free consumer connection service. We help homeowners in the Las Vegas Valley check whether their area is within a currently supported service area. Where a connection option is available, RestoreMatch may help connect homeowners with independent service providers through participating marketing and call-routing partners.

RestoreMatch does not perform restoration work. We do not employ contractors. We do not maintain a proprietary contractor network. The independent providers reached through our participating partners are responsible for their own work, pricing, scheduling, and quality.

Why we are focused on the Las Vegas Valley

We are launching with a tight geographic focus: the Las Vegas Valley, including Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas, Nevada. Doing one market well is more useful than doing twenty markets poorly. As we learn what works for homeowners in this area, we may expand.

What we will not do

We will not invent statistics, fabricate reviews, or create fake provider profiles. We will not show you a fake countdown timer. We will not require you to submit personal information before showing you a Check Availability button. We will not guarantee response times, pricing, or outcomes that we cannot deliver on.

We will also not pretend that RestoreMatch is something it is not. We are a connection service. The providers we help connect you with are independent businesses, and the work they do is their responsibility, not ours.

Our approach to language and claims

Across this website, we are careful with language. We do not claim to be the cheapest, the fastest, or the best. We do not use superlatives like “#1” or “top rated” unless they are factual and verifiable. We do not invent numbers about contractors served, calls connected, customers helped, or any other metric we cannot confirm.

Where you see language like “may help connect,” “subject to provider participation,” or “varies by location,” that wording is intentional. We are telling you what we can confirm and what we cannot, so you can make an informed decision.
